    Henry Havelock Ellis (February 2, 1859 - July 8, 1939), known as Havelock Ellis, was a Britain doctor, sexual psychologist and social reformer. Ellis, son of Edward Peppin Ellis and Susannah Mary Wheatley, was born at Croydon, then a small town south of London.
